Every firm has a timeline—but ours is a journey.  For more than 25 years, we’ve grown through a foundation of expertise and creativity, with our clients serving as mirrors of that growth.  Architect David Whitney Kimble, AIA, began his practice in 1985, and every client, structure, and lesson since has added dimension to his philosophy. What makes design extraordinary isn’t just aesthetics—it’s the insight earned through time, trust, and experience.

For over 34 years, Caroline Kimble has been helping families across Northern Michigan bring their dream homes to life. She launched her own Kitchen & Bath business in 1997, later teaming up with her architect husband, David, to expand their offerings. With a background in interior design, Caroline naturally evolved into full-service design, tailoring her expertise to each client’s unique needs. Her approach is both thoughtful and inspired—always focused on creating purposeful, beautiful spaces. Caroline thrives on collaborating with a wide range of clients and brings fresh ideas to every project. Outside of design, she enjoys the outdoors, travel, and exploring history.

At the heart of everything we do is making sure that every one of our clients receives personal, first-class service. Whether embarking on a custom home, a renovation, or addition, a new kitchen or bath, we treat every home as if it were our own.
